Please read these terms and conditions carefully. The Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules posted in connection with specific parts or services, by accessing or using this site. All other specified guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

Training Services:

• It is the trainee’s responsibility to assess the usefulness of a course/certification Boot Camp / Live Virtual training before registering. We do not guarantee the relevance of a course/certification programme to the participant’s career.
• Admission is not guaranteed. Future courses may be denied if disruptive or unreasonable behavior occurs during the course. In such cases, the SKILLVIBE management’s decision will be final.
• In the event of a holiday or the worst-case scenario, the lost training hours will be made up on weekends or alternate days (as per the convenience and availability of trainer and trainee).
• A trainee will not contact a trainer or an employee of SKILLVIBE Trainings directly in order to obtain services or to offer a paid or unpaid assignment or job.

 Refund Policy:

Skillvibe.org do not offer any refund policy.

Price Term Alteration:

SKILLVIBE reserves the right to change the price of any of our services, products, deals or offers. These changes are made due to market conditions, requirements, price changes, course cancellations, advertising errors and other extenuating circumstances. However, the price you paid at the time of purchase will still apply.

Terms and Terminations of Training:

• Course Fee, once paid, is non-refundable even before the commencement of the training
• However, participants are entitled to get adjustments (not subjected to cash) in case a participant is not satisfied with the delivery of service. The maximum adjustment is limited to the *training fee* only (exclusive of the courseware/ official e-kits/ labs/ exam vouchers).
• Course once issued will not be taken back and no refunds will be done for the same program.
• Course cannot be change after registration.
